Adamo ed Eva – documentary Within the series of Danza in Scena (‘Dance on Stage’) documentaries, the ‘Classica’ television channel broadcast on Sky has produced a programme devoted to Virgilio Sieni’s Accademia sull’arte del gesto (‘Academy on the art of gesture’). Mostronica interactive lab for children Claudio Sinatti creates for Uovo Mostronica, an interactive digital animation workshop for a group of 15 children aged between 4 and 10, open to the parents as well. The children are asked to draw a landscape which will be animated in real time on a screen. Se ci sei batti un colpo workshop for children Kinkaleri takes part in the Uovo 0_11 project also with a workshop for children between 4 and 11 years of age, open to adults as well. Through Collodian fairy-tale imagery this workshop explores specific play and improvisation techniques through which possible relationships with space are developed. This is a workshop with a performative focus which, through simple movement codes, reawakens the awareness of invention and the expressive richness of danced gestures.
Pinnochio Kinkaleri has been involved for years in artistic research investigating the transversal and relational nature of performative processes and of a variety of codes and vocabularies. With Pinocchio, the eclectic company ventures into a new project relating directly to childhood. Inspired by the ever-popular tale by Collodi, this performance for children between 4 and 8 years of age (but not only) reworks the traces and plots of the story intertwining them according to unexpected logics.
